Radar Projects is a client-side Project Management and Development Management Company based in Melbourne, Victoria, with the resources to work in any state. We have a proven track record of completing complex projects from conception through design development, construction and handover to the end user, on time and on budget.

History
Formed in 2009 by director Trevor Bird, Radar Projects provides a hands-on, end-to-end approach to Development and Construction projects. This end-to-end approach and our ability to adapt to all clients and end user’s requirements for each project is the key factor in Radar Projects success to date.
Relationships
We have established strong relationships with construction companies, consultants, architects, sub-contractors and most importantly with our clients. Our main focus is always on the client’s best interest and how to best meet their needs and deliver – on time and to budget. We pride ourselves on repeat projects with our valuable clients.
Trevor Bird
Director / Senior Project Director
Trevor has been in the Construction Project Management and Property Development sector since 1995 however grew up in the building industry with his father a Registered Builder in WA. Over the years he has gained extensive experience in Project Management and Site Coordination of construction capital works projects in residential, retail and commercial sectors and formed Radar Projects in 2009. Trevor has developed a construction management process that builds relationships and offers value to the developer (client).

Yuanpeng (John) Zhuang
Assistant Project Manager
John, who has a Chinese background and speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese started his property development and project management journey after he obtained his master’s degree in Finance from the University of Melbourne. John has worked for Radar Project since 2016 and mainly focus’s on the land acquisition, project feasibility, market analysis, contract administration and construction management of the business.
